The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was situated between two underground stations, Holborn and Russell Square, making it super easy to navigate the city. Plus, there were so many great places to eat nearby, we were spoilt for choice. the staff at the hotel were also amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute luggage drop-off request and even had my room ready early. Outstanding service!

There was also no fridge or microwave, which would have been convenient. the toilet was also cramped, making our stay a bit uncomfortable.
